Class Details
Start Date: Tuesday, September 30th
Time: Live classes every Tuesday morning at 7:00 AM (recordings provided for those who can’t attend live)
Format: Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions + guided practices and resources
Group Size: Maximum of 6 women (intimate and supportive container)
Investment: $400 for the full 8-week program
Option to pay in two installments of $200/month

1. Boundaries
Learn how to set and hold healthy boundaries that protect your energy, honor your needs, and retrain your subconscious to recognize safety in saying “no.” Boundaries become the framework that supports lasting resilience and self-trust.
2. Illness as Unlearned Feelings
Illness often signals feelings that have not yet been integrated. By consciously allowing learning of these emotions, you can ease subconscious stress patterns and help your immune system respond more swiftly and effectively.
3. Worth
Your subconscious keeps a lifelong record of how much you believe you are worth, and it calls in life lessons to reinforce that inner story. Together, we’ll rewrite that narrative so your body and mind both align with a sense of genuine self-worth.
4. Rest
True rest is not just sleep—it is the ability to discharge accumulated stress so your body can fully recharge. You’ll learn techniques to reset your nervous system, allowing deep restoration on a subconscious and cellular level.
5. Breathing
We unconsciously model our parents’ breathing patterns, and stress often distorts them further. You’ll explore how breath (nose vs. mouth, rate per minute) impacts both subconscious calm and immune resilience, and how to retrain your breathing for vitality.
6. Anchoring the Immune System
We’ll create a personalized emotional and somatic anchor that signals safety to your body. This helps reduce immune system overreactions, teaching your subconscious to regulate rather than over-defend.
7. Forgiveness
Through internal and external forgiveness practices—including self-compassion and Ho‘o pono pono—you’ll release subconscious burdens that drain energy. Forgiveness becomes less about others and more about reclaiming your own freedom.
8. Play and Joy
Joy and play are not luxuries—they are essential subconscious signals that it is safe to thrive. We’ll dissolve blocks to receiving positivity so your body and mind can allow in the lightness and pleasure you deserve.
